The real problem

Missions, filings, documents: does your drone operation still live across three tools and twelve binders?

Flight prep in one tool. The ops manual in a PDF from 2023. Certificates in a spreadsheet. Insurance in an email. And at the first DSAC inspection, it all has to be pieced back together by hand.

Today
  • One subscription to prepare flights, another for the ops manual, spreadsheets for the rest
  • Certificates that expire without warning, attestations you can never find
  • AlphaTango re-keyed by hand for every flight notification
  • No consolidated proof on inspection day
With Dronops
  • One platform: missions, documents, fleet, team, insurance
  • Certificates, insurance, documents and equipment: Dronops sends you an email alert 180, 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline, and on the day itself
  • AlphaTango notification in one click, via the DGAC's official API
  • Inspection pack and required documents ready for every mission
The platform

Mission planning, filings, fleet, ops manual and certificates: your whole drone operation in one tool.

Prove — Documents & compliance

Ops manual and operator documents: a living manual, a score that keeps watch

The heart of Dronops is document management for your operation: aircraft, remote pilots, operator and missions, in one place.

  • Ops manual structured according to Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and its acceptable means of compliance, each revision carrying the rules in force
  • Documents filed by aircraft, remote pilot, operator and mission, with an email reminder before every expiry
  • Continuous compliance score: remote pilots, insurance and ops manual
  • Registers, attestations and evidence ready for DSAC inspection
Operator compliance library in Dronops: the signed MANEX, managed from the MANEX screen, the emergency plans generated for missions, a link-loss procedure, an aircraft's technical sheet and pre-flight checklists, each with its reference, status and last update
Prepare — Mission file

Mission planning and airspace: the regulatory analysis live while you draw the zone

Draw your zone on the map of the SIA's official zones: Dronops analyzes it, infers the required filings and assembles the file.

  • Automatic regulatory analysis of the flight zone
  • Filings inferred from the zone: prefecture, MoD
  • Flags live a drone or pilot already booked, or missing insurance
  • Mission order, checklists and report as PDF
Dronops operations map around Nantes: the Nantes CTR, the built-up areas and the operator's missions, the list of upcoming missions and the sheet of the selected one — flight window, location, remote pilot, aircraft and maximum height
File — AlphaTango & authorities

AlphaTango, prefecture and Ministry of the Armed Forces filings, from the mission

Dronops is connected to AlphaTango's official API. No re-entry, no copy-paste: the notification goes out from your mission.

  • Flight notification sent, edited or cancelled from the mission
  • Automatic fleet import from the AlphaTango register
  • Adding Dronops as your AlphaTango delegate (DEL44), guided in 3 steps and checked at sync
  • CERFA sent to the prefecture, MoD notification filed on AlphaTango
Regulatory filings deduced from a mission flight zone in Dronops near Bordeaux: the Bordeaux-Mérignac CTR clearance to request, then the day-of-flight checks — aeronautical night, NOTAM, weather and pre-flight checklist — beside the map of the zone
Cover — Insurance

Insurance per aircraft: every airframe's cover, always in view

Dronops ties your insurance policy to each aircraft and blocks any filing with an uncovered aircraft.

  • One policy for the fleet, cover tied to each drone
  • Insurance deadlines: an email reminder, status visible on every mission
  • Filings blocked when an aircraft is not covered (EC 785/2004)
  • Certificate PDF uploaded and archived with the policy
Dronops insurance screen: the professional liability policy in force with its ceiling, excess and end date, five aircraft covered out of five and none left uncovered
Operate — Team & fleet

Fleet management: pilots, certificates, drones and batteries kept in order

Every pilot has their qualifications, flight logbook and deadlines. Every drone has its logbook, maintenance and battery cycles.

  • Certificates tracked to expiry, flight hours counted
  • Flight and aircraft logbooks generated automatically
  • Maintenance logbook and battery cycle tracking
  • Read-only accounts free and unlimited, on every plan
Dronops team screen: four remote pilots with their role, status, licences and flight hours, and the A2 certificate coming up for renewal with the number of days left
Regulatory deadline

Since 2026, remote pilot certificates have been expiring in waves.

European remote pilot certificates (Regulation (EU) 2019/947) are valid for 5 years: those issued in 2021 expire in 2026, and the 2022 wave follows. Dronops tracks every certificate on your team and recommends which credential to renew first.

  • D-180 Dronops identifies the certificates to revalidate and the rating to renew first
  • D-90 Dated email reminder: the time to book your exam session
  • D-30 Dated email reminder: the last margin before the expiry date
  • D-0 With no action: loss of the rating and the missions that depend on it. Up to four email reminders (180, 90, 30 and 7 days before) will have preceded this date, and a last one goes out on the day itself.
Why Dronops

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Dronops

What does Dronops replace?
Dronops brings mission preparation, filings and compliance tracking together: one tool instead of a flight tool, a document tool and a spreadsheet.
Is Dronops available outside France?
Not yet. Dronops is available to operators established in France: the account is opened in the name of a registered business, with its SIRET number, and the procedures it covers are the French ones (AlphaTango, prefecture, Ministry of the Armed Forces, Clearance). Other countries will follow.
How does the Pro plan work for a team?
€39 excl. VAT / month with one remote pilot included. Each additional remote pilot costs €10 / month (€8 annually), up to 10 remote pilots. Administrator accounts are unlimited and included in the plan, never charged individually — Free includes a single one. Beyond 10 remote pilots, the Enterprise offer is quoted on request.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit: 1 remote pilot, unlimited drones and 1 mission created every month.
How does Dronops connect to AlphaTango?
Through AlphaTango's official API (DGAC). You add Dronops as a delegate (guided step by step during sign-up): your drones import automatically and your flight notifications go out from your missions, with no re-entry.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, encrypted in transit, in compliance with GDPR. On the website: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. A support chat loads only if you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time.
My certificates expire in 2026 — can Dronops help?
Yes. Dronops tracks the validity of every certificate (A1/A3, A2, CATS) and sends you an email alert 180, 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline, and on the day itself; between the A1/A3, the A2 and the CATS, it tells you which to renew first.
