Billing, plans, commitment.

How does Pro plan billing work?
€39 excl. VAT / month with one remote pilot included. Each additional remote pilot is billed €10 / month (€8 annually), up to 10 remote pilots: 10 remote pilots = €129 / month. Beyond that, contact us for an Enterprise offer, quoted on request. Pre-registrants: 50% off the first year, then 25% off for life on the annual plan.
Who counts as a “pilot” in my plan?
Every remote pilot registered on your team, whether employee, freelance or intern. They count from the invitation, even if they have not yet accepted it; a deactivated remote pilot no longer counts. Read-only accounts are not remote pilots: they are free and unlimited on every plan. Administrator accounts are limited to one on Free, and unlimited on Pro.
What does Dronops replace among your current tools?
Dronops covers both mission preparation and regulatory documentation, and adds fleet, team, insurance and compliance management. A single subscription instead of several.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from your billing space. Adding or removing a remote pilot beyond the one included in Pro is adjusted automatically, prorated, on the next invoice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, no commitment on monthly billing — you cancel at any time, access stays active until the end of the paid period. Full refund of the annual subscription if you request it within 14 days of its first payment, renewals excluded; your account then returns to the Free plan.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit. It lets you create one mission every month, drafts included (then €14.99 excl. VAT per mission), with the core of the product included: aeronautical map, AlphaTango, draft MANEX, DMS, compliance score and insurance. Move up to Pro for unlimited missions, the signed and watched MANEX, and files up to 100 MB (10 MB on Free).
What about more than 10 remote pilots?
The Pro plan takes up to 10 remote pilots. Beyond that, we put together an Enterprise offer with you, quoted on request: write to us from the contact page.
Can a freelance pilot work for several operators?
Yes. A single account can be linked to several operators: a freelance remote pilot finds each one's missions in their pilot space, and a team member switches between them with a selector. Each operator pays for its own plan; data stays strictly partitioned.
Is there a storage limit?
No, storage is unlimited on all plans. Free and Pro accept the same formats: PDF, Word, Excel, images (JPEG, PNG) and ZIP archives. Only the size of a file differs: up to 10 MB on Free, 100 MB on Pro.
